Minelab X-terra Pro - Folding Arm Rest Adapter

Minelab X-terra Pro - Folding Arm Rest Adapter 

This adapter, when fitted, allows the controller on your Minelab X-terra Pro  to fold flat to the shaft and is protected by the arm cup, keeping it safe and compact for traveling.

The kit comes with all the necessary fittings and a hex key for assembly.

To fit the adapter, you will first need to undo the securing thumb knob enough to be able to open the folding unit for mounting.

Next remove the 4 hex screws that hold the controller to the shaft. You will need these 4 screws to re-attach the adapter front plate to the controller.

Using the 4 X 4mm nuts and hex screws supplied attach the adapter block to the shaft (YOU DO NOT NEED TO OVERTIGHTEN JUST NIP UP SECURELY)

Now re-attach the controller to the front plate using the 4 original screws (AGAIN YOU DO NOT NEED TO OVERTIGHTEN JUST NIP UP SECURELY)

You will now be able to fold up and fold down the controller.

To lock the controller in to place screw in the thumb knob below the controller and tighten.
